3. Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in the laser industry with a solid technical background.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in pre-sales and after-sales services roles, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and guiding teams, particularly within the Indian region.
Received three months of training at headquarters
4. Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services to our clients in India, covering equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Regularly update the headquarters on project developments, customer feedback, and market demands.
Collaborate with team members to address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction。
